She was predeceased by: her parents, Rufus Tandy and Nora Ellen Johnson; her husband Jerry Burkhart; and her siblings, June, Betty, Bill, John and Ronnie.

She is survived by: her daughters, Gail Armstrong, Teresa Burkhart and Cindy Martin (James); and her grandchildren, Brian (Melissa), Ashley (Kyle), Mitchel (Kayla), Zachary (Amber), Miller Hannah, Karson, Hudson, Greyson, Amelia, Nora, Annabelle, Camon, Lainey, Tinsley, Roston, Jackie and Atlas.

A funeral service will be held on Monday, December 23rd 2024 at 1:00 PM at the Fitzgerald Southwood Colonial Chapel (3612 E 91st St, Tulsa, OK 74137).
