He is survived by: his children, Mitchell Prater and Melissa Prater; his wife Judy Prater; his siblings, Judy Spector (Sam) of Asheville and Ken Prater of Ohio; his nieces and nephews, Richard, Mike, Nikki, Matt and Rick; his stepchildren, David Scott (Michelle) of Broken Arrow, Brian Palmer (Michelle) of Owasso and Amanda Scott of Pawhuska; and his pets, Odie and Turk. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
