He is survived by: his sisters, Nancy Youngblood of Porter, OK and Dowanna Carr of Coweta, OK; his caregiver Debra Crandall; his goddaughter Sherrie Moore; and his grandson John Michael Moore. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
