He was predeceased by: his parents, William Wallace Haley (Bill) and Dorothy Rae Haley; and his siblings, William Wallace Haley (Billy), Kenny Haley, Mike Haley, Sue Haley and Linda Haley-Maxwell.
He is survived by: his wife Anita Haley; and his children, Carrie Dooly (Deland), Kimberly Brogan (John), Jamie Humphrey (Howard), Kendall Acklin (Justin) and Andrew Orcutt (Heather). He is also survived by 22 grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Monday, February 17th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM at the Mark Griffith Memorial Funeral Home - Westwood Chapel (4424 S 33rd W Ave, Tulsa, OK 74107). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, February 18th 2025 at 12:30 PM at the Carbondale Assembly of God (2135 W 51st St, Tulsa, OK 74107).
