Though her name may fade from the lips of time, the imprint Cindy leaves upon the hearts of her loved ones remains eternally vivid — a testament to the depth of her spirit and the richness of her legacy.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Bill Swanson and Barbara Swanson (Leonard); her son Ryan; and her grandmother Della Leonard. She is survived by: her husband Frank Wilcox; her sons, Chad and Tyler; and her sister Susan Swanson. She is also survived by her three grandchildren.
