With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Chelsie Willcox of Tulsa, Oklahoma, born in Osage, Oklahoma, who passed away on April 13, 2025 at the age of 31. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Jane and Jerry Cowan; and her brother Tyler Buchanan. She is survived by: her mother Stephanie Diane Buchanan; her children, Serenity Faith, Ryleigh Diane and Kali Denae; her father Lance Goddard; her stepfather Deuce Winchester; her siblings, Natasha Nickel, Nicole Appel and Triston Buchanan; her grandmother Debora Freeman; and her nieces and nephews, Casi Noreuil, Charity Albert, Carley Nickel, Ryker Appel, Bryson Nickel, Olivia Buchanan, Kasen Appel and Tatum Buchanan. She is also survived by numerous other relatives and friends.
Viewing was held on Thursday, April 17th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Chapman-Black Funeral Home (108 W Delaware St, Cleveland, OK 74020). A funeral service was held on Friday, April 18th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the First Baptist Church - Prue (654 Lake Dr, Prue, OK 74060). A burial was held on Friday, April 18th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Osage Cemetery.
