He is survived by: his wife Jennifer Sue Vick; his children, Danielle Burks of Broken Arrow, LaDonna Sharp of Springdale, Arkansas and Dewayne Burks (Marie) of Rogers, Arkansas; his siblings-in-law, Larry Vick (Patty) of Bates City, Darrell Baird (Tawna) of Muskogee, Aubrey Vick (Diane) of Welling and Gerry Vick of Broken Arrow, Oklahoma; his sisters, Ruby Shepherd of Goshen and Marlene Stamps (Gerald) of Springdale; his grandsons, Jared Sharp, Christopher Sharp and Mason Burks; his children, Roxanne Mai, Mandy Arrington, Ricky Black and J. J. Black; and his great grandchildren, Brandon Sharp, Bayleigh Sharp and Allulah Sharp. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and friends.
