He was predeceased by: his wife Joyce Dennis of Salem; and his parents, Craig Duckworth and Alma Duckworth of Salem. He is survived by: his children, Steve, David and Patti; and his grandchildren, Serenity Duckworth, Nicholas Duckworth of Tulsa, OK and Austin Duckworth.
The military honors was held on Saturday, December 21st 2024 at 11:00 AM and at 11:20 AM at the Cedar Grove Cemetery.
