He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert, Sr. Hill and Erma Elliott Hill; and his brothers, Alfred Hill and Winston Hill. He is survived by: his children, Bill Hill, Galen Duane Smith, Dexter Owens, Eunice Hill Owens (Mike), Elizabeth Hill (Sherri), Christina Lattimore and Koweda Inez Marie Smith; and his siblings, Albert Hill, Jr., Allen Hill, Sr., John Hill, Ray Hill, Elreatha Lee, Doris Hill, Joyce Baird, Carlene Gilchrist, JoAnn Fennell and Anita Hill. He is also survived by three sisters-in-law and two brothers-in-law, ten grandchildren and several great-grandchildren along with a host of nieces, nephews and other relatives.
