She is survived by: her children, Brett Garner (Sheila) of Yadkinville, J. W. Garner Jr. of Winston Salem and Amanda Garner of Walkertown; and her siblings, Randy Rowan (Shauna) of Okmulgee, Oklahoma, June Rowan of Oregon, Kitty Rowan of California and Paula Rowan of Shawnee, Oklahoma. She is also survived by 3 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren.
