She was predeceased by: her parents, William "Jim" Walter and Cornelia Elizabeth "Nelia" McMurtry; her son Dennis Speed; her sister Sylvia England Mitchell (Hershell); her brother-in-law Rusty England; her brother James; her sister-in-law Marylyn McMurtry; and her sister Mary Kathryn McMurtry.
She is survived by: her children, Carla Schellhorn (Gary) of Tulsa and Darren Speed (Angela) of Roanoke, Texas; her grandchildren, Grant, Bekah Ragsdale of Tulsa, Adam Ragsdale, Jeff Dollar of Tulsa, Morgan Speed of Boston, Rachel, Austin Hughes of Tulsa, Alex Speed of Bozeman, Montana, Ethan and Hannah Speed of Austen, Texas.; and her great grandchildren, Isaac, Anna, Brendan, Mary Ragsdale and Theodore Hughes. She is also survived by nieces, nephews.
