He was predeceased by: his parents, Tim Melton and Julie Melton; his sister-in-law Rosealyn Melton; and his nephew Ryder Melton. He is survived by: his siblings, Reanna Melton of Edmond, OK, Jacob Melton of Midwest City, OK, Jessalyn (Ben Molloy) of Tryon, OK, Joseph Melton of Midwest City, OK, Nolen (Abby Melton) of Midwest City, OK and Jaidan Melton of Tryon, OK; and his nieces and nephews, Gideon, Sebastian and Zoey. He is also survived by many extended family members and friends.

In lieu of flowers, the family has requested donations to assist with funeral costs.
