He was predeceased by: his parents, Jerry Milton Coulter and Louise Rose Blaser Coulter; his brother Tedrowe Coulter; and his siblings-in-law, Sandi Coulter, Keith Zody and Barbara Zody.
He is survived by: his wife Donna Mae Zody of Tonkawa; and his children, Tim Coulter (Deborah Coulter) of Tonkawa, OK and Julie Coulter Works (John Works) of Guthrie, OK. He is also survived by many grandchildren and great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
