He is survived by: his wife Jennie Lee Carpenter West of Tonkawa; his children, Barbara West O'Kelley, Samuel West, Kathy of Coeurdalene, ID, Roger West and Shelley of Prescott, AZ; his grandchildren, Kristina Thompson, Jay Whittenberg, Michelle Whittenberg, Jennifer Arens, Jeannette O'Keefe, Christian West and Matthew Jordan; and also Margaret Willerton. He is also survived by 16 great-grandchildren and 6 great great-grandchildren.
