It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Roland Frazier of Tonkawa, Oklahoma, who passed away on February 10, 2022, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Forest Frazier and Doris Frazier; his brother Ray Frazier; and his grandson Ryan Osburn. He is survived by: his wife Kay Marie Preston; his children, Scott of Tonkawa and Toni Osburn (David) of Bartlesville; and his granddaughters, Claire Osburn and Julia Osburn. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
