He was predeceased by: his parents, Forest Frazier and Doris Frazier; his brother Ray Frazier; and his grandson Ryan Osburn. He is survived by: his wife Kay Marie Preston; his children, Scott of Tonkawa and Toni Osburn (David) of Bartlesville; and his granddaughters, Claire Osburn and Julia Osburn. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
