She is survived by: her friend Everyone; her husband Charles Thomas Neeley; her daughters, Misty Neeley of Tonkawa and Martha Parker (Travis Parker); her grandchildren, Marissa of Tonkawa, Cochanna of Tonkawa and Joshua Parker of Tonkawa; her sister Janice Loftis; her brother-in-law Don Loftis; and her siblings, Vickie Bass, Clyde Bass (Sharon Bass) of Ponca City and Carol Ann Blackburn of Texas.
