She is survived by: her husband Max; her son Thomas Eugene Smith of Wichita, KS; her grandchildren, Scott-Thomas Smith, Casey Leslie Smith, Elizabeth-Marie Woodard, Juianne-Renee Smith and Jackie J Smith; and her great grandchildren, Tenetke Jones, Collin Brandenburg, Alyssa Brown, Alexandria Smith, Raven Smith and Crista Woodard.
