He was predeceased by: his parents, William Cleveland and Mary Evalina Avey (Blankenship); his wife JoAnn; and his siblings, Allen Dean, James, Jesse, Virgil, Clifford, Eugene, Widge, Mary Ethel, Anne and Vurble Jane.
He is survived by: his daughter Kandy Kay Jump (Bill) of Ralston, OK; his sister Betty Edwards (Jimmy) of Boise, ID; his grandchildren, Derrick Fagg of Ponca City and Deidre'Wehunt (Gary) of Fargo, ND; and his great grandchildren, Landyn Weaver, Leighton Childers, Gage Wehunt and Gentry Fagg. He is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces and nephews.
