He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald D. Burns and Loretta J. Burns; his brother Terry D. Burns; and his father-in-law Elwin Floyd Clark (Ed). He is survived by: his wife Kim L. Burns; his children, Jennifer L. Burns (Kevin Miller) and Chancey L. Burns; his siblings, Pamela M. Wright, Joe D. Burns (Suzè), Benny R. Burns (Rachel) and Edward P. Burns (Pati); his siblings-in-law, Kelly Jacobs (Steve), Kristi Hubbard, Scott Clark (Courtney) and Tim Clark (Kaoru); and his grandchildren, Peyton Z. Day, Malikai D. Day, Brooklyn L. Day, Aniston K. Burns, Parker S. Miller and Carlee J. Miller.
