She was predeceased by: her parents, Neal Sullivan and Cora Sullivan (Hess); and her husband James Lowe. She is survived by: her children, Luann Long (Randy) of Tonkawa, Oklahoma and Douglas Lowe (Michael) of Pearland, Texas; and her grandsons, Joshua Long (Sarah) of Bartlesville, Wayne Long (Andrea) of Fairview and Daniel Long of Tonkawa. She is also survived by five great-grandchildren.
