She was predeceased by: her husband Jay Carl Arnold; her parents, Leonard Finley and Vesta Finley (Gillfillan); and her siblings, Mildred Darnall, Alice Finley, Helen Woodward, Robert Finley, Dewaine Finley and Franklin Finley.
She is survived by: her former husband Charley Jackson Williams; her children, Judy Alice Laluk (Williams), Lenard Newton Williams, Kathy Jean Nelson (Williams), Vicki Lynn Huston (Arnold) and Jimmie Lee Arnold; her grandchild Jerry Allen Armstrong; her children, Charles Franklin Williams of Tonkawa, OK, Caroline Williams Armstrong of Wichita, KS and LaVeta Arnold Bowker (Terry) of Hominy, OK; her grandchildren, Anthony Laluk (Faye), Jennifer Laluk, Roseanna Gosvener (Kelly), Tanya Schroeder (Robert), Philip Nelson (Jennifer), Matthew Nelson, Nicholas Nelson (Elizabeth), Christopher Nelson, Terrie Arnold, Steven Corn (Sandi), Tyrell Bowker (Tiffini) and Jared Bowker (Ashley); her sister Nelda Merchant; and her friend Kevin DeLong. She is also survived by 2 son-in-laws, 43 great-grandchildren and 26 great-great-grandchildren.
