She is survived by: her parents, William Sage Addington and Myrtle Marie Addington (Tremain); her daughter Madelyn Mittelstet; her grandchild Staci Diaz; her great grandchildren, Luke Mittelstet, Eli Mittelstet, Logan Mittelstet, Samuel Diaz, Jordyn Seals, Jaxon Seals, Levi Seals, Iris Seals, Baylor Tibbets, Grey Williamson, Selah Anderson, Sage Anderson, Shelby Rush and Kaden Rush; her siblings, Gloria Mullikin (Dody) of Enid and Bill; and her wives, Lois Addington and Sue Addington. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
