She is survived by: her children, Misty Dawn McClaflin of Ponca City, Belinda Sue Horinek of Ponca City and Jeremy Scott Horinek of Tonkawa; her grandchildren, Braxton, Elijah, Xavier, Amya and Malisha; and her brother Clyde Kizziar of Ponca City.
