He is survived by: his children, James, Ray, David Lee, II and Shelia; his wife Galan Miller; his siblings, Ronald Miller (Lanita) of Boise City, OK and Karen Crume of Galena, MO; and his grandchildren, Jeremy Miller, Joshua Miller, Samantha Miller, R. J. Miller, Ron Mayes and Michael Nall.
