He was predeceased by: his parents, John Sprague and Allie Sprague; his son Teddy; and his siblings, Jack, Eugene, William, Johnny, Paul, Ted, Doris, Geraldine, Bonnie and Wanda.

He is survived by: his son Scott; his family Chuck; his wife Diane Sprague; his daughter-in-law Pam Sprague of Blackwell, OK; his daughter Jennifer Clarida (Sprague) of Edmond, OK; his grandchildren, Alyson Wood (Christian) of Reno, Trevor Clarida of Oklahoma City, OK and Parker Clarida of Stillwater, OK; and his sister Bobbi Schwaesdall of Greenbrier, Arkansas..
