She was predeceased by: her parents, Dale Luther and Earline Rebecca Spruill (Carr); her children, Billy John Butzback and Rebecca Marie "Squeak" Butzback; her daughter-in-law Janet Butzback; and her siblings, Nolan, Ronnie Spruill, Sherry Martin, Billie Kersey and Linda Anscian.

She is survived by: her husband Billy Francis Butzback; her son Jeff Butzback of Blackwell; and her sisters, Cindy Martin of Blackwell, Linda Smith of Drummonds, Jean Spruill of Bristow and Rose Nafranovich of Kechi, Kansas. She is also survived by ten grandchildren; and many great grandchildren.
