We are sad to announce that on August 17, 2023, at the age of 21, Anna Kugel of Tonkawa, Oklahoma, born in Ponca City, Oklahoma passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her mother Eve Kugel (Morgan); her grandfather Stephen Morgan; and her great-grandparents, Dr. Robert Morgan and Bernice Dollarhide. She is survived by: her father Bryan Kugel; her stepmother Braxie Bixler of Tonkawa, OK; her brother Kash Kugel; her stepsister Mattilyn Bixler; her grandmother Cindy Ballard; her great-grandparents, John, Marilyn Ballard and Ann Vickery; her aunt Misty Kugle; and her uncles, John Ballard (Ginger Ballard) and Bob (Shelley Morgan).
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Tonkawa Animal Shelter, 110 E. NOC Drive, Tonkawa, OK 74653.
