She was predeceased by: her parents, Alex Chadwick and Neva Chadwick; her husband Calvin Davis; her daughter Gwen Burg; and her siblings, Robert, Tommy, Billy Joe Chadwick, Mildred Crawford and Doris Fishback.
She is survived by: her sister Patsy Smith; her grandchildren, Jason Davis, Justin Davis and Casey Corley; and her great grandchildren, Grace Davis, Lindi Corley, Lana Corley and Beau Corley. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews, and a host of other relatives and friends.
