It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jimmy Hurst of Tom, Oklahoma, born in DeKalb, Texas, who passed away on August 24, 2020, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Johnny Hurst and Ivolene Hurst (Baker); his wife Rebecca Hurst; his sister Hester; and his brother-in-law Kenneth Murray.
He is survived by: his son Derek Hurst of Broken Bow, OK; and his brother Paul Spears of DeQueen, AR. He is also survived by four grandchildren several nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.
