It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Roy Joe Reed of Tishomingo, Oklahoma, born in Plano, Texas, who passed away on January 10, 2024, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Oscar and Beulah Ellen Reed (Robinson); his brothers, Freddie Malcom Reed and Richard Reed (Dick); and his sister-in-law Lynn Reed.
He is survived by: his children, Delannia Cleveland (Bobby) of Valliant, Virginia Reed (David McDonald) of Tishomingo, OK and Jerri Watkins of Hugo; his grandchildren, Stormi Debo (Brandon) of Soper, OK, Joseph Reed (Kaitlyn) of Hugo, Paige Reed of Hugo, Cadyn Watkins of Tishomingo, Chase Watkins of Tishomingo, Chelsey Watkins of Durant, Kyle, Joerdan, Sara and Bailey Cleveland; his great grandchildren, Spencer, Bristol Debo of Soper, Joey Reed of Hugo, Tristyn Burt of Hugo, Lakelynn Reed of Hugo, Alyhra Cleveland of Ardmore, Shaylea Cleveland of Collinsville, Ahrora Cleveland of Collinsville, Kylie Cleveland of Collinsville, Kyle Jr. Cleveland of Collinsville and Araya Cleveland of Durant; his brothers, Charles Reed (Sharon) of Waco, TX, Jerry Reed of Abilene, TX, David Reed of Dallas, TX, Dean Reed (Diane) of Merida and Yucatan; his siblings-in-law, Dick Jackson of Midland, TX and Colene Reed of Dallas; and his sister Thelma Anne Jackson (Reed). He is also survived by nieces, nephews and friends.
