He was predeceased by: his parents, Cloyd Steel and Cleona Steel; and his sister Cathy Lowry. He is survived by: his children, Joshuwa Steel (Claudia) and Jessica Spencer (Stephen); his sisters, Bonnie Snyder, Sylvia Briggs and Dodie Netto-Santos (Stephen); his grandchildren, Ashlie, Callissa, Jarred Steel (Holly), Jackson and Justin Bobby; his great grandchildren, Brayden, Emmet and Oliver; and his friend Scott Wood.
