She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Murray Lewis, Lester and Lorraine Swaim; and her aunt Bonnie Lewis Stevenson. She is survived by: her sons, J. B. and Jory Swaim (J. B.); her parents, Scott Swaim and Donna Swaim of Tishomingo, OK.; her siblings, Tommy D. Brooks (Tammy) of Kingston, OK and Mitzi Mayo (Charles) of Lebanon, OK; her grandmother Rose Young (Tommy) of Lebanon, OK.; and her brother Lance Lewis (Jamie) of Fort Worth, TX.. She is also survived by many aunts, uncles, and cousins.
