He is survived by: his cousin Barbara (Ralph); his siblings, Joan, Ronald, Gary, Diane, Paula, Karen, Tina, Carroll and JoAnn; his wife Judy; his children, John Wayne (Lindsey), Cindy (Heath), Kristi, Terry (Nicki) and Cody; and his grandchildren, Dalton, Tiffani, Hesston, Morgan, Jennifer, Gunner, Zeke, Easton, Dayton and Karson.
