She is survived by: her husband Shawn Egbert; her parents, Jerry Black Sr. and Carolyn Walls; her children, Sara Craft (Michael), Jerry Smith (Sarah) and Ashley Egbert; her grandchildren, Kari Jo Smith, Violet Black and Jody Black; and her siblings, April Reese (Jason), Misty Russel (Greg), Jerry Black Jr (Carrie), Todd Ray (Laura), Bosco Ray (Beth) and Buddy Ray (Lauren). She is also survived by nieces, nephews and friends.
