He was predeceased by: his mother Susan Garrett (Jester); his sister Jennifer Shatto; and his grandparents, Otto Garrett, Retha Garrett, Cornelius Jester and Pauline Jester.
He is survived by: his father Eddie Ron Garrett (Debbie) of Melissa, Texas; his stepfather Eddie Black of Tishomingo; his children, Justice Garrett, Sebestian Garrett, Michaelangelo Garrett and Keatlyn Garrett; and his brother Otto Garrett of Tishomingo. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins and dear friends.
