He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer Woolly and Lottie Woolly (Tiner); and his siblings, J. E. Woolly, Eddie Woolly, Rita Anthony and Sue Nesbitt.
He is survived by: his wife Wanda Woolly (Johnson); his children, Anita Cariker (Curt) of Stratford, OK, Steve Woolly (Kerry) of Nida, Nelson Woolly (Karen) of Tishomingo, Max Woolly of Nida and Brice Woolly (Melissa); his brother Charles Woolly of Denison, TX; and his grandchildren, Jason Stanfield, Jeremiah Stanfield, Jonathan Stanfield, Kyle Woolly, Cody Woolly, Shane Woolly, Peyton Woolly, Justin Woolly, Alex Woolly-Bird, Aftyn Woolly and Arli Woolly. He is also survived by great grandchildren.
