He is survived by: his siblings, Jack David Howell, Cathy Winkleman and Joyce Grissom; and his nieces and nephews, Karen Winkleman, Melissa Winkleman, Owens, Barbara Hutcheson, Adams, Timmy Harms, Ryan Harms, Michael Howell, Kimberly Howell, Major Melody Howell, Tiffany Howell and Sheffield. He is also survived by great nieces and nephews and friends.
