He was predeceased by: his parents, Everett Chambers and Irene Chambers (Yearwood); and his sisters, Melba Flick and Lynette White. He is survived by: his former wife Martha Jane Adair; his wife Jane Chambers; his children, Rocky Chambers of Tipton, Oklahoma and Robbi Howe (Lewis) of Blanchard; his sister Lonita Capshew (Charlie) of Owasso, Oklahoma; his grandchildren, Shea Gordon (Miles), Tara Howe, Mindi Combs (Justin), Drew Chambers (Jordan), Chelsea Chambers and Raegan Chambers; and his great grandchildren, Jaaron, Trevin Gordon, Asher, Sloane Chambers, Jace and Madilyn Combs.
Memorial contribution may be made to the First Baptist Church in Tipton or to the charity of the donor's choice.
