She was predeceased by: her parents, William Brown Noah and Mary Martha Emma Owens (Troxell); her husband John Winkler; and her siblings, Rachel Louise Clements, Avis Geraldine Logan and W. B..
She is survived by: her son-in-law Jimmie C. Opal; her children, Archie Tyrone Penick (Barbara) of Edmond, Oklahoma and Sharon Kay Smith (Jimmie C.) of Tipton, Oklahoma; her grandchildren, Jay Penick (Connie), Paige Webb (Kelly), Bryan Smith (Roseann), Kyle Smith (Darla) and Kullyn Smith; her great grandchildren, Peyton Penick, Alex Webb, Ashlee Jack (Jay), Krese Smith, Krosbi Smith and Kutter Smith; and her great great grandchildren, Ryder Jack, River Jack, Rhett Jack and Ryan Jack.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Tipton Children's Home, or the Oklahoma Medical Research Foundation, Cancer Research in memory of Opal Lorene Winkler.
