We are sad to announce that on January 27, 2021, at the age of 85, Leonard Frisby of Tipton, Oklahoma, born in Strong, Arkansas passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Leonard and Ruby Frisby Masoner (Fife); his stepfather Joseph Earl "Bud" Masoner; and his sister Mary Louise Alford. He is survived by: his wife Leilani Frisby; his children, Elizabeth Marie Pratt (Tim) of Hinton, OK, Beverly Lynn Frisby of Katy, TX and Linda Carol Moore (Brent) of Amarillo, TX; his grandchildren, Jennifer Marie Pratt of Sandpoint, ID, Jonathan Allen Pratt of Weatherford, OK, Heath Allen Moore (Jamie) of Amarillo, TX, Brandi Jakola (Robby) of Katy, TX and Kenneth Charles Moore (Chelsea) of Amarillo, TX; his great grandchildren, Kevin Jakola, Levi Scott Moore and Caleb Ron Moore; and his siblings, Barbara Ann Frisby Pineda of Erwinnville, LA and Willard Frisby. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
