We are sad to announce that on August 17, 2019, at the age of 56, Karen Sue Dawson (Tipton, Oklahoma), born in Frederick, Oklahoma passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her father Jerry Pettijohn. She is survived by: her mother Carlene Pettijohn; her husband Terry Dawson; her children, Meghan and Matthew; and her sister Terri Pettijohn. She is also survived by many aunts, uncles and cousins.

Karen was diagnosed with Parkinson's in 2015 and was called home on August 17, 2019.
