With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Tom Blackwell of Thomas, Oklahoma, born in Hominy, Oklahoma, who passed away on November 15, 2020 at the age of 70. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Tom Blackwell to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by: his father Alvin Dale Blackwell; his brother Jerry; and his granddaughter Anna. He is survived by: his mother Nadine Blackwell (Chambers); his wife Gloria Blackwell; his sons, Beau Blackwell (Storey) and Dustin Blackwell (Raelynn); his grandchildren, Dylan, Dashiell and Penelope; his father-in-law Herb Shreffler; and his siblings, Virginia Carroll, Marilyn Alltop (Tom), Tim Blackwell (Evie) and Lori Tisdale (John).
