Thomas Adams II Obituary

We are sad to announce that on October 3, 2019, at the age of 75, Thomas Adams II (Thomas, Oklahoma), born in Farrell, Pennsylvania passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas B. Adams and Sarah Adams (Swanson); and his brother Ronald James Adams. He is survived by: his significant other Bernadene C. Adams of South Bend; his children, Gina M. Wright of South Bend, Quila R. Pettus (Anthony) of Fort Wayne, IN and Tricia S. Adams (Henderson) of Washington; and his siblings, Brenda G. Ivory of South Bend and Ric F. Adams (Maria) of South Bend. He is also survived by grandchildren; as well as a host of extended family members and friends.

Memorial donations may be made in Thomas's honor to St. Jude's Research Hospital.
