He was predeceased by: his parents, Willis Leroy and Nina Lea Fisher (Scott); his siblings, Billy and Norma; and his children, Wayne and Beth.
He is survived by: his wife Janice Raff; his sons, Alan Fisher (Tracey) of Sayre, Jamie Fisher (Debra) of Burns Flat and Troy Fisher of Thomas; and his brother Johnny Fisher of Watonga. He is also survived by fifteen grandchildren; seventeen great-grandchildren; and three great-great-grandchildren.
