He was predeceased by: his brother James "Buddy" Hart. He is survived by: his father-in-law Sam Miller; his wife Karen Hart; his children, Matthew Hart (Laci) of Thomas, Samantha Jezek (William) of Tulsa and Abbie Hart; his parents, Sybil Hart (Lancaster) of Thomas and Robert "Bob" Hart (Betty) of Lonedell, Missouri; his siblings, Eric Hart of Custer City, Eldon Hart (Jodi) of Grove and Kim Hart of Thomas; and his grandchildren, Hynlee, Maylee Hart of Thomas, Grey and Wills Jezek of Tulsa. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
