He was predeceased by: his parents, William "Grant" and Mary Pershing (Rohrer); and his siblings, Joann McKim and William R. Pershing. He is survived by: his wife Jacqueline "Jackie" Banner; his children, Michele Bates (Thomas) of South Bend and Rodney Pershing (Karen) of Granger; and his grandson Keith Pershing. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews; as well as good friends.
