Costello of Tulsa; her children, Kelly Pilkenton (Brent) of Bixby and Mark Costello (Ruthanna) of Ottawa; her grandchildren, Sean Pilkenton (Whitney), Jennifer Costello (Ben Chandler), Lindsay Findley (Nate), Caira Law, Brandon Law and Braden Costello; her sisters, Kathy Nelson of Colombia and Lynda Martin (LeRoy) of West Plains; and her siblings-in-law, Jan Gamble of Springfield and Bob Little of Grand Prairie. She is also survived by Wife, Mother, Grandmother, Great Grandmother.
Lou Ann Costello, beloved Wife, Mother, Grandmother, Great Grandmother, and Aunt passed away quietly at Hillcrest Hospital to be with Jesus on Wednesday, August 15, 2018 following a long and difficult battle with Alzheimer's and Dementia.
