She was predeceased by: her parents, Samuel Gember and Elizabeth Gember (Markowski); her husband Anthony J. Panzica; her siblings, Beatrice Szymczak, Rosemarie Ratajczak, Arthur Gember and Robert Gember; her son John; and her great grandchild Lynnley Eiler of Wabash, IN..
She is survived by: her children, James (Barbara) of South Bend, Michael of South Bend, Philip (Susan) of South Bend, Thomas (Diana) of South Bend, William Panzica (Debra) of South Bend, Carolyn Zhiss (Ronald) of Carmel, IN and Elizabeth Newman (Michael) of Raleigh, NC.; and her nephew Ronald.
