He was predeceased by: his stepfather David Yeskey; his aunt Bonnie Casper; and his daughter Melissa Shields. He is survived by: his parents, Thomas Mroz (Kay) of Mishawaka, IN and Carol Yeskey of South Bend; his children, Paige Leonard (Curtis) of South Bend, IN, Justin Shields of South Bend, IN and Kevin Shields of South Bend, IN; his grandchildren, Kevin, Kylie, Jason, Jordan, Ca'Layla, De'Zyah, Ca'Niyah and Ca'Lasia; his brothers, Erik Mroz (Yuko) of Carmel, IN and David Yeskey of South Bend; his grandmother Edythe Green; and his niece Aryiah Yeskey. He is also survived by many cousins, aunts and uncles.
