He was predeceased by: his mother JoAnn Maxwell Dale. He is survived by: his wife Janet Dale (Howard) of Thackerville, OK; his children, Garrett Self (Cynthia) and Darian Self (Brett); and his grandchildren, Elaina Jo Self, Brantley Self, Grace Self, Aspen Espinosa, Caliegh Muzolf, Lincoln Muzolf, Emily Espinosa and Barrett Espinosa. He is also survived by other extended family and friends.
